We offer support, information and advice to patients, relatives and carers before, during and after cancer treatment. This includes a programme of health and wellbeing services (*add hyperlink) including complementary therapies (*add hyperlink), counselling (hyperlink) and workshops and courses (*add hyperlink).
At the heart of our services is the drop-in centre. This is a calm, welcoming and non-clinical environment where you can drop in to ask questions, find support or just chat to someone.
Everyone is welcome at the centre – patients and those who are supporting them – at any stage of the illness. No referral is necessary. We are situated next to the Cancer Treatment suite and near the Gate 3 entrance.
All the staff managing the drop-in centre have a professional background in cancer health care, supported by a team of trained volunteers. With substantial knowledge of support and information available for you, we can also talk through and refer you to other support services.
If you have a question or concern about cancer, please drop in – we’re here to help.
