Above and beyond their role: The nominee acted above and beyond their role to make a difference to the patients’ care, experience or outcome or acted as an inspiring role model to colleagues.
Impact on you: The nominee had a positive impact on the patient or member of staff and made a real difference to them.
Shares the Trust’s values and upholds the standards of excellence: The nominee delivered care or acted in a manner which supports the Trust’s values of Include, Respect and Improve, and/or the standards of excellence (leadership, shared decision making, well-being, safety and quality, professional development).
You – Put the patient first, supporting their interests when planning and delivering care: The nominee advocated for the patients’ interests and involved them in the planning and delivery of care, putting their needs first and providing holistic care or advocated for their colleagues in the workplace.
