GP referrals to the Trust for consultant-led first outpatient appointments must be submitted using the e-Referrals System (e-RS). Referrals submitted by other means after 31 August 2018 will be returned for re-submission.
The purpose of the documentation below is to inform GPs of the process the Trust will undertake when a paper, email, telephone or fax referral for routine and two-week-wait appointments are received following paper switch-off on 31 August 2018.
