ERIC – A children’s bowel and bladder charity, with guidance for children living with these issues.
Hertfordshire Family Centre Service – Provides support to children, young people, their parents, families and carers on a range of issues.
Autism Understood – A website with information on autism and guidance for autist young people.
ADHD Foundation – A UK-based neurodiversity charity, offering advise and guidance on ADHD. They also have a booklet for teenagers living with ADHD, and a guide for teachers on how to support children with ADHD.
Hertfordshire SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities) – Provides guidance for teenagers approaching adulthood and how they can manage this transition.
Services for Young People – Offers young people with special education needs and disabilities advise on their post-16 options, including further education, training, employment and independent living.
