The Friends and Family Test is a simple question which asks patients ‘Overall, how was your experience of our service?’ Patients are encouraged to fill in one of our surveys to give us feedback about their experience so we can make changes and improvements to the services we provide. The Friends and Family Test survey is available for all inpatients, day case, A&E, maternity and outpatients to answer.
