We provide translation services for people who need assistance speaking to our staff in their own language and would not be able to understand their treatment without this service.
Services are available for those who do not speak or read English or who are deaf, deaf-blind or hard of hearing. The member of staff caring for the patient determines the need and books the service required.
If you feel you a relative will need this service during an appointment, please have someone who speaks reasonable English contact the relevant ward or department. They will be able to discuss the patient’s needs and if required book the translation service.
