Health Records provides patient hospital records to all Emergency, Elective admission, outpatients appointments and the community. These are held in a central library and are delivered to to ENH sites which are Hertford County Hospital, New QEII hospital, Lister Hospital and the Treatment Centre based at Lister. The service is available from the Main Library 7 days a week from 07:00 – 20:00

Our team look provides subject access requests under the GDPR data protection act to patients, relatives, solicitors, police force and insurance companies.
They also provide access to health records for patients, relatives, solicitors, police force and insurance companies.
