Health Records provides patient hospital records to all Emergency, Elective admission, outpatients appointments and the community. These are held in a central library and are delivered to to ENH sites which are Hertford County Hospital, New QEII hospital, Lister Hospital and the Treatment Centre based at Lister.

Our team look provides subject access requests under the GDPR data protection act to patients, relatives, solicitors, police force and insurance companies.
