East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is inviting the community to join the conversation at this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM – which takes place between 5.30pm and 7pm on Wednesday 6 September – offers an opportunity to find out about the Trust’s performance, key achievements, learnings, improvements and financial results over the past year.
Members of the public will hear from departing Trust chair Ellen Schroder, chief executive Adam Sewell-Jones, deputy chief executive and financial director Martin Armstrong, new medical director Dr Justin Daniels and our chief nurse, Theresa Murphy.
The event will also look ahead to what’s next for the Trust, which runs Hertford County Hospital, Lister Hospital in Stevenage, Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Northwood and the New QEII Hospital in Welwyn Garden City.
A video will also be played during the event, telling the story of Sarah Leigh and her son, who lives with autism, and their care experience from our NHS Trust, as well as their involvement in creating an innovative Healthcare Passport for children and young people with learning disabilities and/or complex needs
Broadcast live from Lister Hospital in Stevenage, the public can watch online. There is also opportunity for guests to ask questions, however for full and considered answers, please submit these by emailing [email protected] by Friday 1 September. For more information about the AGM, please our information page.
