Annual General Meeting (AGM) – 2022/23

Join us on Wednesday 6 September from 5.30pm for our annual general meeting (AGM).

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust invites you to hear from our board and executive team about the Trust’s performance, key achievements, learnings, improvements and financial results over the past year.

The event will also offer the opportunity to share the Trust’s vision and values for the future.

Agenda:

Hear from Trust chair Ellen Schroder, chief executive Adam Sewell-Jones, deputy chief executive and financial director Martin Armstrong, new medical director Dr Justin Daniels and our chief nurse, Theresa Murphy.

Patient case study:

A patient case study video will be shown on the evening of the annual general meeting which tells the story of a patient’s experience and our commitment, through important learnings, to improving patient experience.

Can I join in person?

The event is taking place online. We have a very small number of spaces for people who may want to attend in person at the Lister Hospital – and these will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Please let us know by 5pm on Friday 25 August if you would like a space in person at the AGM. We will confirm places 1 week before the event.

How can I join online?

The AGM will be livestreamed virtually via Microsoft Teams. Please be aware you will be prompted to insert your name, but should you wish to remain anonymous, you can set your name and join as ‘Anonymous’.

You may also be prompted to download the Microsoft Teams app. Whilst you can join and interact through your web browser, the user experience is smoother when downloading the app.

Can I ask questions?

There is opportunity for guests to ask questions, however for full and considered answers, please submit these by emailing [email protected] by Friday 1 September.

You are also able to ask questions during the live event using the Microsoft Teams chat function, but please note that we may not be able to answer all live questions in full.

Can I watch later?

If you can’t join us live, a recording of the annual general meeting will be uploaded to the Trust website, following the event. We will also host a link to our patient story.
