We are still finalising details, but the panel will have a commitment for members of regular meetings. The meetings will likely be held once a quarter and can either be attended in person or virtually. They will be structured meetings with set agendas that focus on current priorities of the panel and ask for your input on priorities, projects and improvements in the Trust.

Public consultation: Mount Vernon Cancer Centre
NHS England is reviewing the services provided at our cancer centre in Northwood, Middlesex and a series of proposals have been developed. In response to patient feedback about longer journey times for some treatments, the plans include developing local services and the option of setting up an additional radiotherapy unit at either Lister Hospital or Luton and Dunstable Hospital.
Once the consultation opens NHS England want to find out what patients, local residents and staff think about these plans. There will be public meetings and events where you can find out more and a questionnaire to respond to. When the consultation start date is confirmed we will share further details. You can read more about the proposals for Mount Vernon here.
Please click here if you would like to register for updates on the review website.
Patients and carers – please share your stories with us
As a trust we learn most from the people who use our services and the people who work here. We are looking for patients, carers or family members who have used any of our services to tell us your stories.
We use these stories to learn from what went well so we can do more of those things and in some cases we learn from when things didn’t go well or according to plan. These stories can be told in different ways, face-to-face, on short video clips or they can be written down. We listen to what matters most and then make improvements based on what we hear.
If you have a story to tell we would like to hear from you. You can agree to the format we use to record your story and what we can do with this once you have told it.
Click here to register your interest in sharing your story with us.
