Car parking
Parking arrangements at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre are the responsibility of the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which operates pay and display car parks at the site and reintroduced charging on 1 July, 2020.
Please note that the pay machines at Mount Vernon accept coins only and do not provide change where an overpayment is made.
People with a valid blue badge can park in the designated bays. Pay and display tickets cost £1 and are available from the ticket machines situated in the areas designated for disabled parking.
Like many hospitals, on busy days it can be difficult to find a space – so please do allow enough time to park your car when driving to the cancer centre. There is a drop-off area and we have reserved spaces for people with a disability parking permit.
Parking Charges
- £1 parking is available for patients who have an appointment at the cancer centre. Please collect a token from the car park office in the main hospital entrance near gate one or the iPoint near the main reception near gate three. You will need to take with you a copy of your appointment letter and you will need to pay with a pound coin. This parking period covers patients for a 12-hour period.
- Weekly (£12) and monthly (£25) are also available from the parking office – but application forms need to be approved by the relevant ward manager.
For visitors, car parking charges apply. Some machines only accept coins (no change given) and others will accept credit/debit cards. Click here for a full list of parking charges.
