The following guidance documents have been developed by the Haematology team to support the assessment, investigation and referral of patients presenting with a range of haematological conditions. These documents are currently in draft format and are undergoing review.

Primary care colleagues will be involved in the review process to help ensure the guidance is practical, relevant and meets the needs of clinicians across the system.

In the meantime, we wanted to make these resources available as they may provide useful support for GPs managing patients and considering referral pathways.
