The East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust’s communications team provides a dedicated service for journalists and the media.
The team provides a 24-hour, seven day a week service to help journalists access information about the Trust.
The team aim to respond openly to all reasonable media requests and are keen to promote exciting, innovative developments at the Trust, including world and UK firsts, pioneering research, clinical trials and the valuable work we do in the local community to care for our patients.
Our communications team:
- Promotes the work of our Trust and staff
- Is the first point of contact for media enquiries
- Writes our internal publications, including the daily staff newsletter
- Manages the Trust’s website and social media channels
