I qualified in medicine in 1999 from Calcutta medical college and hospital, Calcutta University. I undertook my specialist training in Paediatrics in the UK from 2001 and got my membership from Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in 2005.
I have undertaken comprehensive training in community paediatrics and higher specialist training in community paediatrics with special interest in Neurodisability – Autism and Epilepsy from 2007 – 2012. My Neurodisability experience comes from working in premier institute Great Ormond Street Hospital and I have further consolidated my experience by working at Royal Free, Whittington and QEII Hospitals.
