Claire has worked at East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust for over 20 years, working across both clinical and operational management roles.
Claire spent the first half of her career nursing in London, then joined the trust and developed her operational career, holding a range of senior leadership positions across most clinical divisions.
She was most recently deputy chief operating officer, following 4 years as lead divisional director for Planned Care.
Claire is passionate about enabling teams to work collaboratively, in the trust and with partners, to improve services for our communities.
