Staff praised for coming to pedestrian’s aid

Three members of staff have been praised by the Trust’s chief executive, Nick Carver, and Hertfordshire Police after coming to the aid of a woman who fell and hit her head in Stevenage’s Old Town during the Easter bank holiday weekend. Staff nurse Holly Clarke, pre-registration pharmacist Kerrianne Clinton and newborn hearing screener Chloe Edwards comforted and looked after the woman until further medical help arrived.

Nick Carver said:

“If it wasn’t for Holly, Kerrianne and Chloe’s quick actions then the woman would have certainly been in a worse way. I would like to thank them for their compassion – taking time from their bank holiday weekend to make sure the woman was looked after until medical help could arrive. We are very proud to have the three of them working at the Trust.”
