About the Friends and Family Test
The Friends and Family Test is one simple question which asks patients how likely they would be to recommend our ward or department to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. Friends and Family Test feedback from patients is used alongside our patient surveys and other information sources to improve further the services provided for our patients.
The Friends and Family Test survey is available for all inpatients, day case, A&E, maternity and outpatients to answer.
