The majority of our team are qualified technicians. They are supported in delivering the service by senior technicians, team leaders and department managers.
Staff training
We have a training programme for sterile services technicians’ who need to take theoretical training through an online package, practical experience and assessment in the workplace and external assessment of their knowledge by an accredited training provider. Our technicians do NVQ training in decontamination and customer care.
Career development
