Radiology

Radiology consists of three departments based at the three of our hospitals; the Lister, the QEII and Hertford County. Each hospital offers a slightly different range of services, however all three have modern digital equipment.

All three hospitals offer a walk in service for GP patients who do not need to make an appointment for plain X-rays of the following areas:

Neck, upper or lower back
Chest
Abdomen
Pelvis or hips
Shoulder, arm, hand and elbow
Leg, knee, ankle and foot

Patients must bring a completed X-ray request card to our radiology department. The request card must be correctly filled in and signed by the doctor.
