Our plastic surgeryteam is based at Lister hospital. We care for patients with a variety of emergency, urgent and elective problems. We treat many patients with traumatic injuries especially hand injuries including children. We deal with a large number of skin cancer cases and host the Specialist Skin Cancer MDT. We also undertakes a significant number of breast reconstructions in patients who have undergone mastectomy surgery. This is in addition to the treatment of a number of other conditions which require the input of plastic and reconstructive surgeons.
We are based on Level 11 at Lister hospital in the tower block. This includes the ward (11B), dressing clinic, outpatient’s clinic, secretaries offices and the James Emerson conference room.
