Our pharmacy service has departments on the Lister, QEII and Mount Vernon sites providing a range of services for the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust as well as for the Hertfordshire Partnership Trust, peripheral hospitals, community clinics and GPs.

Monday to Friday: 9-00 am to 5-00 pm
(Opens: 9.30am on Thursday)
Saturday: 9-00 am to 12 noon
Sunday: 11-00 am to 1-00 pm

QEII Pharmacy
Monday to Friday: 9-00 am to 5-00 pm
Saturday: 9-00 am to 12 noon
Sunday: 1-30 pm to 3-00 pm

Mount Vernon Cancer Centre Pharmacy
Monday to Friday: 9-00 am to 5-00 pm
Saturday: 9-30 am to 12-30 pm
Outside these hours, if a pharmacist is needed, authorised staff may contact the emergency duty pharmacist for the appropriate hospital via the switchboard in accordance with departmental procedure.
Collecting your prescription
Our pharmacy can only fill hospital prescriptions, they are unable to accept prescriptions from GPs or community healthcare professionals.
When collecting your prescription you can wait in one of our seating areas or drop it off and return to pick it up later.
If you receive a prescription at your outpatient appointment you will need to pay the standard prescription charge (unless you are exempt from charges). You can pay using cash or debit/credit card.
