Advice and support

It can be a challenging and worrying time if you or someone you care about is unwell. We have a range of services to support you.

  • Our chaplains are here for everyone – patients, visitors and our staff – whether they are religious or not.
  • Our PALS team will listen and provide support and advice to any of our patients in hospital.
  • Our matrons can help to resolve any questions or concerns that patients and their visitors may have.
  • Translation services for people who need assistance speaking to staff in their own language.
  • Accessible Information Standard – The Trust is committed to making sure patients, service users, carers and parents with disabilities, impairments and/or sensory loss are provided with information that is accessible and easy to understand.
