Biography

I studied medicine in Nigeria at Obafemi Awolowo University’s College of Medicine Ile Ife Nigeria. This is a highly regarded medical institution in Nigeria.

I have 19 years experience in General and Specialist Paediatrics in the United Kingdom.

I have had the opportunity of a wide and extensive training in Paediatrics in some of London’s foremost units. I then went on to have specialist training in Paediatric Neurodisability and have developed a special interest in Autism, Epilepsy, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and complex disability.

Over the last nine years as a Consultant Paediatrician, I have run weekly Multiagency Autism Diagnostic Clinics, weekly Paediatric Epilepsy Clinics, twice monthly ADHD clinics and a twice monthly complex disabilities clinic in a special school.

I carry out regular medical assessments for safeguarding children providing written reports for Social services, the police and have appeared in court as an Expert witness.
