NHS Change Day

NHS Change day

NHS Change Day took place on 11th March 2015 with staff from the Trust making pledges to continue to improve the patient experience and ensure safe care. This is a nationally driven initiative from frontline staff; the largest of it’s kind, and has a shared purpose of improving health and care.

Pledges were made on a variety of subjects including patient safety, improving patient experience, looking after our staff, professional development and so much more.

One area we focused on was the continued commitment to the national Hello my Name is… campaign.

Anyone can make a pledge online – not just NHS staff!  Patients, volunteers and members of the public, as well as people working in our partner organisations are encouraged to make a pledge to improve our NHS.

Here’s some of the pledges made by our staff
