As you are aware good patient experiences are very important to the people who use NHS services. The Trust is developing its Patient Experience Strategy and would like to hear what people want to be included in the strategy.

The focus group is being held to ask you what you would wish to be included in the Trust Patient Experience Strategy. The session will focus on:
•    What makes a good experience for you as a patient/user of a hospital service
•    What could hospitals do better to improve the patient/user experience
•    What do you think a hospital should include when developing a patient experience strategy.
