Our group of crafty volunteers love to knit and crochet. Among other things, they create knee blankets, pretty shawls and soft bedsocks for the elderly and baby items for the maternity unit.

The group meets fortnightly on a Tuesday from 10.00am until 12.00 in the Council for Voluntary Services (CVS) portakabin in Stevenage town centre, near Tesco.

There is always a warm welcome and the £3.00 charge per session means that there is always coffee and biscuits too.
