Trust publishes its engagement strategy for 2016 – 2019

The Trust has published its engagement strategy for 2016 – 2019, focusing on three key engagement priorities. They are:

  • Service delivery, development and transformation
  • Clinical engagement
  • Community leadership and member development

David Brewer, head of engagement at the Trust, said: “We have transformed our engagement over the last four years. Our reputation with partners and communities has significantly improved because we have engaged, listened and taken action to help where we can.”

“Our approach to engagement has been driven by our values. In particular, we engage to improve what we do for our patients and communities with openness and honesty.”
