Hospitals invite local people to Annual General Meeting

The East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust – which runs the Lister, QEII, Hertford County Hospitals and Mount Vernon Cancer Centre – is inviting local people to their annual general meeting (AGM) in Welwyn Garden City on Thursday 3rd October at Salvation House.

The event is open to the public, and takes place in two parts, with time to talk to hospital services and community partners from 5.00-6.30pm, followed by formal presentations and time to ask questions from 6.30-8.00pm.

Those who come along to this year’s meeting will have a chance to visit a marketplace of exhibition stands and stalls designed to showcase the services of the Trust and explain some of the changes coming up. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get involved. There will also be some presentations of the Trust’s operational, financial and clinical performance during 2012/13.

The meeting takes place at Salvation House, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1FT. Places are limited and must be booked beforehand. To reserve a place, just email ftmembership.enh-tr@nhs.net, book online or call June on 01438 284613.
