Our Trust was created in April 2000, following the merger of the former East Hertfordshire and North Hertfordshire NHS trusts. We run the following hospitals:
- Hertford County, Hertford
- Lister, Stevenage
- Mount Vernon Cancer Centre (since April 2005)
- Queen Elizabeth II(QEII), Welwyn Garden City
We provide services to our local community of around 500,000 people, with the regional cancer centre supporting around 2 million people. We provide care to our community with an annual budget of around £340 million and more than 5,000 staff.
We are registered fully with the Care Quality Commission.
