Lister hospital inspection report
The Care Quality Commission carried out inspections of three wards at the Lister hospital on 5 October 2011.
The inspection report found that the Trust was fully compliant with outcomes 1 (respecting and involving), 4 (care & welfare), 9 (medicines management) and 16 (quality monitoring). Minor concerns were raised on outcomes 7 (safeguarding) and 14 (supporting staff).
The Trust has an action plan in place to achieve compliance on both outcomes by April 2012.

The Care Quality Commission carried out an inspection of Hertford County hospital on 7 July 2011.
Its inspection team found that the hospital was meeting all 16 of the essential standards reviewed.

A&E inspection report
The Care Quality Commission carried out inspections of our A&E departments at the QEII and Lister hospitals on 30 December 2010 and 5 January 2011 respectively.
They found that the Lister and QEII Hospital A&E department was meeting all the essential standards of quality and safety that they reviewed.
